For decades, Shadding DLS Resources Inc has been actively serving the community since 1974. This page is dedicated to informing you about our rich history, our ongoing commitment, and how we continue to make a positive impact in Philadelphia and beyond.

Inspired by a legacy of leadership

Shadding DLS Resources Inc is proudly inspired by my parents, former State Representative of the 186 district David L Shadding and one of the Five Original Black Caucus members in Philadelphia, and his wife Dorothy L Shadding, a long-time City Official and Church leader. Their dedication to Serving the City of Philadelphia and community empowerment forms the foundation of our work
